01Can you staff a role that isn’t listed here?
Yes. If the work can be done from a desk, we can build a team for it. Tell us the role and we will scope it with you.
02How quickly can a team start?
A managed remote team is typically live in one to four weeks. Dedicated floors take six to twelve weeks, and full sites fifteen weeks or more.
03Who manages the team day to day?
GoRemote does. Every team has a dedicated team lead for roughly every seven agents, who handles coaching, quality review and daily reporting.
04What happens if an agent is not the right fit?
If a placement is not the right fit within the first 30 days, we replace them.
05Is there a minimum team size or term?
No minimum team size. Baseline teams run month to month with no minimum term. Larger and customized builds are set at contract.
